Engage in activities or actions that, in heroesprime.com's sole opinion, could lead to an authorized user of the Game being defrauded of Virtual Currency or Virtual Items earned or purchased in the Game.
Sell heroesprime.com's Games or any of their parts, including but not limited to Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, user accounts, and/or access to user accounts, to any party in exchange for real currency or items and/or services of monetary value.
Engage in cheating or any other fraudulent activity deemed by heroesprime.com to conflict with the spirit of the Game.
Use or participate in the use of unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service and/or any heroesprime.com Games.

Account

In the event of suspension or termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any associated Content. As stated previously, heroesprime.com and third-party providers do not offer refunds for Virtual Currency or Virtual Items that were acquired, developed, or purchased in the Game.

Severability

You and heroesprime.com agree that if any part of these terms is found to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, it will be considered removed from these terms to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability. The remaining provisions will continue to remain in full force and effect.
